These terms apply when you use The Doubling Board (this website) and when you buy a square on it. By using the site you agree to them. The Doubling Board is an independent project operated from Argentina. Contact: nico@getmyregulars.com.

1. What you're buying

The board has 64 squares. Buying a square gives you the right to display content on that square (a picture and up to 500 characters of text) for as long as the site is operated, and a permanent public page for it. Squares are sold in order, one at a time, at the price printed on the board; you may also buy several consecutive squares at once. Prices are fixed and never change. A square is a digital placement on a web page, not a security, an investment, a token, or a share of anything.

2. Purchases and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes that Paddle collects where required. A square is delivered immediately after payment: it is marked as yours on the board and you receive a private edit link.

3. Your edit link

There are no accounts. Your edit link is the only way to change your square; keep it safe. If you lose it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will issue a new one. Anyone with the link can edit the square.

4. Content rules

Your square can show anything that is yours to show, except: anything illegal where you or we live, sexual content, harassment, hate, doxxing, scams, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules; the square stays yours and you can fill it again. Repeated abuse may lead to the square being cleared permanently without refund. Squares don't carry links and aren't sold as advertising space: a square is a personal, permanent spot on a public board. You keep all rights to your content and give us a license to display it on the board and in images of the board.

5. Transfers

You may give or sell your square to someone else: just hand them the edit link. We don't take part in, or guarantee, any such deal.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: a square is delivered the moment you pay, so there are no refunds, except where the law requires one or where we failed to deliver.

7. How long this lasts

"Forever" means for as long as The Doubling Board is operated. We intend to keep it online indefinitely. If we ever shut it down, we will give at least 90 days' notice on the site and publish a final image of the board.

8. No guarantees

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, that anyone will see your square, or that your square will have any value to anyone.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to The Doubling Board is limited to the amount you paid us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will note it on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
