Privacy Policy

The Doubling Board collects as little data as it can. Questions or deletion requests: nico@getmyregulars.com.

What we collect

• What you put on your square. The name, text and picture you choose are public by design: they are shown on the board, on your square's page, and in images of the board that we or others share.
• Purchase details. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We never see your card details. Paddle shares with us what we need to deliver the square, such as the transaction id and the email you paid with. Paddle's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
• Your email, only if you give it to us. For example, "email me when square 20 goes on sale". We use it only for that.
• Your edit key, in your own browser. After a purchase the edit key is saved in your browser's local storage so you can edit from that device. It isn't sent anywhere else.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

Only to run the board: to show your square, to give you access to what you bought, to send the emails you asked for, and to answer support requests. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Vercel: hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Upstash: the database that stores the board, pictures and email sign-ups.
• Paddle: payments, invoices and taxes.

How long we keep it

Square content stays on the board for as long as the site exists, or until you change it. Emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing nico@getmyregulars.com. You can change or clear your square's content yourself with your edit link.

Children

The Doubling Board is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
